• Be a resident of, or physically located in, our delivery zone in Moncton, NB or surrounding serviced areas.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information when ordering.

We reserve the right to verify age and identity using government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery. If valid ID cannot be produced, the order will not be released and may be cancelled at our discretion.

03What are your responsibilities for your account?

When you create an account on our site, you're responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

04How accurate are product details and prices?

We do our best to display product information, descriptions, photos, and pricing accurately. However:

• Product photos are representative — appearance of actual product may vary slightly.
• Cannabis strain effects vary from person to person. Any descriptions we provide are general guidance, not medical advice.
• Prices and product availability can change without notice.
• We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, including incorrect prices, and to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

05How do orders and payment work?

Placing an order is an offer to buy products from us. An order is only accepted once we confirm it and dispatch it for delivery. Until then, we may decline or cancel any order for any reason — including stock issues, suspected fraud, ID concerns, or delivery-zone limits.

We accept Interac e-Transfer as the primary payment method. Payment instructions are sent automatically after checkout. Orders are not dispatched until payment is received and confirmed.

06How does delivery work?

We deliver to addresses within our serviced area around Moncton, NB. By placing an order, you confirm:

• The delivery address you provided is correct.
• Someone 19 years of age or older will be present to accept the delivery and present valid government-issued photo ID.
• You will not ask our driver to leave product unattended at the door, with a third party, or with anyone who cannot produce valid ID.

If no eligible person is available at delivery, the order may be returned to dispatch and a re-delivery fee may apply. Delivery times are estimates only — traffic, weather, and order volume can affect timing.

07What about returns, refunds, or cancellations?

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, cannabis products are not returnable once delivered. However:

• You can cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible with your order number.
• If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll work with you on a resolution.
• Refunds, when issued, are returned via the original Interac e-Transfer method.

08What does responsible use mean?

By using our service, you acknowledge that cannabis use carries risks and you agree to use products legally and responsibly. You agree not to:

• Operate a motor vehicle or heavy machinery while impaired.
• Re-sell, redistribute, or share products with anyone under the legal age.
• Use products in any location where cannabis consumption is prohibited.
• Use products if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition that may be aggravated by cannabis without consulting a healthcare professional first.

09What are the rules for using the site?

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or its services. Specifically, you may not:

• Use the site if you are under the legal age, or order on behalf of someone who is.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, server, or related infrastructure.
• Use bots, scrapers, or any automated means to access content or place orders.
• Submit false information, impersonate another person, or use someone else's payment details.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr Nice Guys Delivery and its operators, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or any products purchased through it.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.

The site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
